Session of the Council of the European Union - Energy items only 10.6.2011
The 3097th session of the Council of the European Union TRANSPORT, TELECOMMUNICATIONS and ENERGY (Energy items only) - will take place on Friday 10 (10.00) June 2011, in the Conference Centre - FIL, 5, rue Carlo Hemmer, Luxembourg, under the presidency of Mr Tamás Fellegi, Hungarian Minister for National Development.
The following points will be discussed at this session:
- Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy market integrity and transparency (Presidency report on the state of play, Public deliberation)
- Communication from the Commission "Energy Efficiency Plan 2011" (Council conclusions)
- Energy Roadmap for 2050 - follow-up to the Informal Energy Council (Budapest, 2 May and Gödollö, 3 May 2011)
- Energy infrastructure investments: financing requirements and obstacles (Presidency report on the state of play, Oral information from the Commission)
- A comprehensive risk and safety assessment ("stress tests") of nuclear plants (Presidency report and Commission oral information on the state of play)
- International relations in the field of energy (Information from the Commission and the Presidency)

Company code of ethics
The Board of Directors of OKD has adopted a Company code of ethics that is obligatory for all the employees of the firm. It defines basic values and attitudes to enterprise that OKD conforms to in the course of its business activities.
The code of ethics is not any binding rule of law or internal directive, it represents, however, a moral obligation for each employee of OKD.
